DELIVERY

We charge a flat rate of £4.50 for all orders. Delivery normally takes five working days. For orders outside of the UK, please email us at info@ecosophy.co.uk and we will set up a special shipping option for you.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it to us within 28 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping charges. Items must be in their original, unused condition and returned with the original packaging. For bedding products, you are welcome to open the packaging in order to see and feel the fabric, but we’d be grateful if you could refrain from removing and unfolding the item, as doing so makes the item difficult to resell.

Please complete the returns form that is sent with your purchase and then send this along with the items to the address on the form. The return postage will be at your expense and the product is your responsibility until it reaches us. We therefore recommend that you use a signed-for delivery service and obtain proof of postage. If you wish to make an exchange, please return the item and request a refund, then order your desired item from the website.
